The client has a very successful online web shop, customer details were being captured at time of order but nothing was being done to stay in touch with the customer and develop a long term relationship. I introduced a pop up box onto their website to capture these details and a 'welcome journey' for new customers. From day one the pop up form proved successful, capturing potential customers email addresses and keeping them engaged with relevant messages. The next development was to introduce an 'abandoned cart' email programme (people who have navigated away from the checkout without completing a purchase) - this has proved to increase email-generated sales by 12%.

The Tall Collective is a multi vendor retail site, where independent retailers can join and add their products to the platform to reach a larger customer base. I set up a sign up page for customers to subscribe to receive emails and built the list to over 2,000 in the 6 weeks before the website went live. Since the launch in April 2018 the list is still growing with emails generating over 35% of the platforms sales.
